Professional History
Dr. MacRae graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a bachelors of science in Brain and Cognitive Sciences as well as academic and research awards. After medical school at Harvard Medical School, she completed her pediatrics and child neurology residency training at Boston Children's Hospital. During this time, Dr. MacRae was recognized with multiple awards for her teaching, service, and leadership. Dr. MacRae then continued her clinical and research training through a fellowship in Neuroimmunology at Boston Children's Hospital before joining the faculty.
