There may be many reasons why you can’t go outdoors. The good news is that there are many good options for indoor activity and exercise. Preparing a list of indoor activities will set you up for success!

- Think about whether going outside is a challenge for you. How often is it a challenge?
- You might not be able to go outside for a variety of reasons. Some kids say:
- "I don’t live near a park or playground."
- “My neighborhood is unsafe."
- "It's raining." "It's too cold." "It's too hot."
- Can you relate? What could you do?
