We have a health care questions line available for our patients to leave a message. This line also includes "live sick call" hours between 8:30 and 11 a.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Our nurses prioritize questions according to urgency/severity, and discuss them with either your child’s pulmonologist or the pulmonary team on call.
- They review messages left on this voicemail service and will get back to you as soon as possible.
If your matter requires immediate attention, please contact the Pulmonary Rapid Response beeper (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or the on-call pulmonary doctor (after 5 p.m./holidays/weekends).
When you leave a message, please make sure to leave specific information including:
- Your name
- Your child’s name and medical record number (or date of birth)
- A detailed and specific message
- The best number to call you back
Please note that if you have not been seen in six months, you may be asked to come in for a clinical appointment before a refill can be made. If your pharmacy has questions about your prescriptions, the pharmacist should be directed to this phone number.
