I believe therapy is a deeply relational and collaborative process with the potential for transformation. In each encounter, I encourage those they are working with to develop their unique and life-long practices of self-exploration, expression and reflection. I use a variety of approaches, and am passionate about making mindfulness practice and art making accessible and irresistible to all.
