Dr. Young attended medical school at Columbia University and was resident and chief resident at Boston Children's Hospital. He has worked both as a primary care pediatrician at Longwood Pediatrics and in various managerial roles at Children's since finishing his training in 1991. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Young was formerly President and CEO of the PPOC, Boston Children's primary care network.

Approach to Care
I enjoy partnering with patients and families to help them to be as happy and healthy as possible. I blend the most advanced primary care with a deep understanding of individuals' histories, needs and goals. That holistic approach, along with the resources of Boston's Longwood medical area, has enabled me to care for a very diverse group of families for nearly three decades.
