Approach to Care
My philosophy of care is to incorporate a comprehensive, team-based approach with my patients. My focus is to guide patients on a safe return to sport or activity following injury, in addition to mitigating the risks of recurrent injury and helping each patient perform at their optimal level of play. I strive to improve the integration of lifestyle & sports medicine, sports performance, and mental wellbeing.
