Approach to Care
As a counseling psychologist specializing in sport psychology, I am focused on providing care that addresses the psychological needs of youth, adolescent, college, and elite athletes. I enjoy working at the intersection of mental health and performance concerns in order to help athletes achieve optimal functioning in life and performance domains.
