For Referring Physicians

The Cerebral Palsy and Spasticity Center at Boston Children's Hospital is here to augment your practice with specialty care in all areas applicable to children with CP. We have a team approach and will continue to collaborate with you and other providers in the ongoing management of your patient, providing assessment and the most advanced treatments available. We will keep you informed of clinic visits and treatments and seek your counsel on new developments.

Refer a patient

To refer a patient to our center or request a consultation with a specialist, call 617-355-5870 or fill out our online Physician Referral Form. Our Referral Center will connect you with experienced representatives who can assist you and your patient with cerebral palsy.
