Online second opinions

If you are interested in receiving a second opinion for your child, but cannot travel to Boston Children’s Hospital, you can also use our Online Second Opinion Portal. A personal care coordinator and staff physician will collect your child’s medical records, and specialist will review the records remotely, answer your questions and provide a detailed report.

For international families

For families residing outside of the United States, please contact Boston Children's Global Services at +1-617-355-5209 or international.center@childrens.harvard.edu. The office facilitates the medical review of patient records and appointment scheduling and also provides assistance with customs and immigration, transportation, and hotel and housing accommodations.
