If a clinic is closed, urgent care is available at CHPCC in the evening and on weekends.

Call your main primary care office location after hours, on weekends, and on holidays. You will be transferred to the answering service that will provide directions for after hours. The on-call nurse will respond and address your concerns or let you know if the on-call doctor will need to be contacted.

If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, go to Boston Children’s Emergency Department or the nearest Emergency Department. Tell the staff that your child is a patient at Boston Children’s Primary Care. Remember to bring your insurance card if you have one.

The Children's Hospital Primary Care Center is located on the ground floor of the Hunnewell Building at Boston Children's Hospital.

  • Exit the Patient and Family Garage and cross Longwood Ave.
  • Take the first door on your left as your walk toward the main entrance of the hospital.
