Here at Boston Children’s Hospital, you and your child are cared for by experts who will work closely with you to develop the best possible treatment plan for your family. Our Psychiatry Consultation Service includes highly experienced child psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and support staff. Our strength in all aspects of pediatric mental health care ensures that we are prepared to address the stresses, concerns, and fears you and your child may be feeling as a result of their hospitalization.

Boston Children’s Hospital is a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School, where our psychiatrists and psychologists have faculty appointments. Just as we continue to provide exceptional patient care and medical expertise, our clinicians are also involved in research that moves us closer to a better understanding of — and treatment for — all mental health disorders affecting children, adolescents, and families.
